The twin room we stayed in was new-fashioned. The professional and amicable staff was much appreciated. The location was peaceful and comfortable, close to the mountain, the waterfall and Poland, in a great area.
Some of the staff were a bit rude.

The facilities were well-maintained and provided hours of fun for the whole family. The area surrounding the hotel is perfect for skiing, and we enjoyed hitting the slopes during our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered bike hire, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings on two wheels.
My wife says that it would be great if the hotel had a designated kids' play area.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and beautiful paintings on the walls made me feel like I had stepped back in time. The hotel's general areas were accessible for senior people like me, with spacious corridors and comfortable seating areas where I could relax and take a break.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive staff. Although the children working there were friendly, they sometimes struggled to communicate in English and didn't always understand our needs.
